• Exit the airport
• Turn left (3rd exit) at the roundabout (rondpoint). You'll see the see the Lidl supermarket on your right at the roundabout. (Do NOT follow the Nimes sign to the Péage)
• At next rondpoint turn RIGHT onto the D442. (Do NOT follow the Nimes sign)
• Pass the village of Garons (on your right) but do not go into it.
• Turn left at the big junction onto the N113 - heading north. It is a dangerous junction - move first into the 'refuge' half-way across.
• Go down a long hill - Nimes city becomes visible ahead.
• At the rondpoint at the bottom of the hill take the 1st exit (RIGHT) onto the D135 signed "Marguerittes" towards the N86.
• Four rondpoints: At the each one follow the main road (2nd exit). Take care on the 2nd one or you will get onto the wrong exit....
• DO NOT go into Marguerittes; pass it on your right and slow down after the 4th rondpoint.
• Soon after the 4th rondpoint the main carriageways curve to the left. KEEP RIGHT and branch off for Bagnols, Avignon or anywhere other than Nimes.
• The N86 eventually crosses River Gard (next to the old Roman bridge on your right) to become the N86/N100, into Remoulins.
• The N86 very soon exits left, at an angle, at a point where there is a wide junction. If you miss it continue through Remoulins and turn left at rondpoint (posted N101/Bagnol sur Ceze) to re-join N86.
• Just follow the N86 to Bagnols sur Ceze.
• On a Sunday you can drive OK through Bagnols - follow signs for Montelimar/Pont-St-Esprit. Alternatively (at rondpoint after "Champion" supermrket) take the 1st exit posted Avignon, but be sure to follow the Montelimar/Pont-St-Esprit signs, not Avignon.
• After St. Nazaire there is a long uphill (see "Carrelage" at the top). On the way down from the top you can see St. Alexandre on a hill on your left left.
• Slow down to exit right from the N86 at the bottom of the downhill.
• Slow down to be sure to get the correct exits on the two small roundabouts!
  (one each side of the N86). Take the 3rd exit at the first one (goes under the N86) and the 2nd exit at the second one.
• Take the 2nd turn right, up the hill to the village.
• When you go up into the village turn left at the blue soldier (Monument des Mort). After about 50m park in the region of the cross on the left. Rue des Lierres is on the right.

Travelling on the A7 or N7

Leave the A7 at Bollene and take the D994. On the N7 keep your eyes skinned for the exit to Bollene/Pont St.Esprit.

At the big roundabout just before the restaurants (which are visible ahead on the right, before the bridge over the Rhone), take the 2nd exit signposted Nimes (D994-D). Do not cross the long river bridge into Pont.

Continue straight on at the roundpoints. At the end of the bypass you'll see the Champion supermarket on the right. Take the 2nd exit (may be posted 'Nimes/Bagnol sur Ceze')

Alternatively, if travelling north on the N7, turn left at Mondragon, signposted Pont St. Esprit.
