Woodford Community Centre Stockport on 3rd October 2008

Emma Burke writes:

I work for a charity in Cheadle Hulme called the Royal School for the Deaf & Communication Disorders and we're hosting an Irish and Bluegrass evening at the Woodford Community Centre Stockport on 3rd October with some great acts - Shannon Dancers, Becky Taylor on the Uilleann pipes and Bakers Fabulous Boys (bluegrass band) to round off the evening with some great Bluegrass footstompers.

I hope you can help promote our event as all proceeds from the evening will go towards helping our students who have physical disabilities as well as often severe learning difficulties. To find out more about us please visit http:\\www.rsdmanchester.org/

Bill Evans and Megan Lynch

After a very successful trip to England, Ireland, and Scotland in March, Megan Lynch (Fiddle/Vocals) and Bill Evans (banjo/guitar/vocals) have decided to return. They'll have their brand new CD in hand and will be fresh from their featured spot at the 2008 Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in San Francisco (The Festival is 1st weekend of October).
