Society, has discovered an amazing trend in the popularity of Bluegrass Events
in his area. Over the lifetime of the Society the booking etiquette for reserving
weekends for events has changed considerably. The following are the notifications
and requests that have appeared in the last 21-years in the Society's magazines..

1982 - If possible, try to avoid scheduling a bluegrass event the same
month as another bluegrass event.
1988 - If possible, try to avoid scheduling a bluegrass event the same week
as another bluegrass event.
1992 - If possible, try to avoid scheduling a bluegrass event the same day
as another bluegrass event.
1997 - If possible, try to avoid scheduling more than 2 bluegrass events
the same day.
1999 - If possible, try to avoid scheduling more than 3 bluegrass events
on the same day.
2000 - If possible, try to avoid scheduling more than 4 bluegrass events
on the same day.
2001 - The rapidly-expanding selection of local events makes the event total
irrelevant; if possible, try to avoid scheduling a bluegrass event of the
same type (jam, concert, festival) at the same time on the same day as a
bluegrass event of that type.
2002 - If possible, try to avoid scheduling an NCBS bluegrass event at the
same time on the same day as another NCBS bluegrass event.
2003 - If possible, try to avoid scheduling an NCBS bluegrass event of the
same type at the same time on the same day as another NCBS bluegrass event
of that type.
