One thing is for certain: if you can't learn with this program then it's true - you can't learn at all! But whatever happens DO NOT give up! You CAN learn Morse if you practise EVERY DAY for, say, 30 minutes. It is essential to work at a speed which is JUST beyond that which you can read comfortably: that is the way to progress. There is one sure-fire way to make you get on with it and concentrate your mind and that is to BOOK A TEST! Really. From nothing to passing the (old-style) test first time (with Mr. Jardine at Liverpool.... that will bring tears to the eyes of many!) the authors' XYL, G4WXL, took 3 months. Have faith, will pass... read that top paragraph again...
